We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the problem and resolve it promptly. Claims regarding delivery errors or discrepancies in product type or quality must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are non-returnable, including custom products such as personalized or special-order items. If you have any questions about whether your item can be returned, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 30 days of receiving the package. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
